Website-Report

The first report of your account is loaded automatically upon start. Tap on the Websites name to select a different report.

Timeframes

You can change the start and end timeframe for your reports by tapping on the start/end time. A Date-Picker allows you to quickly change the report timeframe.

Using the calendar on the right, you have a quick selection to access reports like today or last month without selecting the start and end date.

Compare timeframes

Select the „Compare Start” & „Compare End” timeframe you want to add as comparison data to your report. To activate the selection, activate the switch on the right side of that same line.

Report types

The report types are based on the Google Analytics Reports. If you think one is missing, please send an email to get it added.

Fullscreen-Report

Double-Tap the report to see it in full screen. All options and the toolbar will be hidden in favour of a full screen reporting.
Double-Tap again to get all options back.

Forward reports

You can forward all reports as PDF, Excel-CSV or XML file via email. Just tap the action icon on the right corner of the toolbar, enter the receipients email address and the report will be sent as attachment.
This feature is only available in the Premium version.

Settings

There are several settings you can change within your iPads system settings to adjust Analytics for iPad to your needs.

Autologin

By default your login is saved for 30 Minutes after you exit Analytics for iPad. If you re-open the app within that time, you will be prompted with the last selected report without needing to login again.
You can disable this feature in your settings.

Save last settings

By default the last selected website, report and timeframes are saved.
You can disable this behaviour for all three separately in your settings.

Increment saved timeframes each day

If you check your reports daily you might want to have your timeframes be incremented each day.
I.e. if you are checking the last 30 days every day you would normally modify the timeframes by adding a day to the start and end time to match them the last 30 days.
If you let the incrementing feature active, this will be done automatically, saving you the trouble.
You can disable this feature in your settings.

Languages

The reports are in the same language as your iPad language settings. Currently the following languages are supported:
English, Deutsch, Français, 日本語, Nederlands, Italiano, Español, 中文 (简体), Русский

Options

On the bottom there are several options to filter your data.

Hide Options Bar

You can hide the options by tapping on the report once. Tap on it again to display options.

Content: Page filter

You can filter the content by entering a keyword. Only results containing your keyword will be included in your report.

Traffic Sources: Site Usage, Goals and Revenue

The Traffic Sources can be sub-categorized into three sections.

• Site Usage is the default report with basic usage data
• Goals provides a list of Goal analyzation for all Traffic Sources
  (You need to setup your Goals in Google Analytics website)
• Revenue provides a list of your Revenue for all Traffic Sources
  (You need to setup your Google Analytics accordingly)

Goals

You can select Goal Number for your report or a “All” for all Goals.

Map Overlay: Detail level

You can switch the map details ranging from continent to city level.

Rows

Select the number of rows to load for a report. You can select up to 500 rows. Increasing the number of rows will also increase the time to generate your reports.
Once the report is shown, scroll down to view additional data. If you scroll very fast, you will see a white space while the data is generated.
